The Victor & Sally Mouttet Foundation Donates Devices through the Adopt-A-School Program

17 November, 2020, Port of Spain: Corporate Trinidad and Tobago continues to answer the call to provide devices to students in need through the Adopt –A-School Program. The Victor & Sally Mouttet Foundation donated one hundred (100) laptops to be distributed to four (4) primary schools at a symbolic handover ceremony at the Education Towers on Tuesday 17 November 2020.

Dr. the Honourable Nyan Gadsby-Dolly, Minister of Education was joined by The Hon. Lisa Morris –Julian, Minister in the Ministry of Education, Lenor Baptiste-Simmons, Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Education, Mr. Anthony Agostini, Managing Director, Agostini Limited and the principals of California Government Primary and Arima Centenary Government Primary Schools.

In his remarks, Mr. Agostini expressed that the foundation’s aim is to give students a better chance at receiving an education, especially during these difficult times.  Agostini Limited, Prestige Holdings Limited and Victor Mouttet Limited fund the Victor & Sally Mouttet Foundation. The laptops will be distributed to Bourg Mulatresse RC, Arima Centenary Government Primary, Matura Government Primary and California Government Primary Schools.

Minister Gadsby-Dolly thanked the foundation for the kind donation and expressed gratitude for their many contributions to the nation’s children over the years.  The Minister also thanked the other corporate citizens who have come on board to help secure the future of our nation’s children.
