Update as at 4.00pm, Monday 29th June, 2020 – Interruptions in the Inter-island Ferry Operations
Further to our communication on Friday 26th June, 2020 the travelling public is advised that, despite the ongoing action by port workers, the Trinidad and Tobago Inter-island Ferries continue to operate as scheduled today, Monday 29th June, 2020 at the following sailing times:
From Scarborough From POS
Jean de la Valette 8.30 am 4.00 pm
Galleons Passage 4.00 pm 8.30 am
M.V Cabo Star 11.00 pm 1.00 pm
The Jean De La Valette departed Scarborough today, Monday 29th June, 2020 at 8.24am transporting 412 passengers and 117 vehicles; and the Galleons Passage departed POS at 8.57am with 269 passengers and 64 vehicles.
The dedicated cargo vessel, the M.V Cabo Star sailed with 69 passengers and 131 vehicles.
The Board and Management of the Port Authority (PATT)/Trinidad and Tobago Inter-Island Transportation Co. Ltd (TTIT) continue to reassure the public that all measures are being implemented to ensure that the service returns to normalcy in the shortest possible time.
