Temporary disruption in administrative services at SWRHA
The South-West Regional Health Authority (SWRHA) wishes to advise that in our continued effort to ensure accountability, transparency and service improvements to both staff and patient alike, the Authority has begun to conduct an audit of various administrative areas at the organization’s Head Office at San Fernando.
The South-West Regional Health Authority wishes to assure the members of the public that this Administrative Audit does NOT affect the patient care services provided at the San Fernando General Hospital or any of its other facilities.
While some administrative services have been temporarily disrupted this morning, full service is expected to resume before the end of the business day. Persons trying to contact the SWHRA for administrative services can continue to do so through the Customer Service Hotline at 87-SWRHA (79742).
The Authority regrets any inconvenience caused during this process and takes the opportunity to express its gratitude to our staff and other partners in health for their assistance during this time.
