PM to meet 18 member US Delegation
On May 8 2019 Dr the Honourable Keith Rowley, Prime Minister of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago will receive the participants of the United States CAPSTONE Programme Hemispheric Field Study (2019).
The delegation will be presented to the Prime Minister by United States Embassy Chargé d'Affaires, John McIntyre.
The United States CAPSTONE Programme is an eighteen (18) member delegation comprising Admirals, Generals, an Intelligence Advisor and an Emergency Management Expert designed to meet with senior governmental and military officials in Trinidad and Tobago over the period May 6 to 9, 2019 as part of a five (5) week overall programme.
This executive level programme is designed specifically for new Generals and Admirals. Its overarching goal is to set conditions for future success in the joint, interagency, intergovernmental, and multinational environment by equipping these leaders with the knowledge and perspectives they need to collectively achieve national security goals.
Also in attendance as part of the Trinidad and Tobago delegation will be the Honourable Stuart Young, Minister of National Security, Minister of Communications and Minister in the Office of the Prime Minister and the Honourable Dennis Moses, Minister of Foreign and CARICOM Affairs.
