Local artistes’ works featured in the Rotunda of the Red House

The Rotunda of the Red House will be used as a free exhibition space for Trinidad and Tobago’s up-and-coming as well as established artists. Our first collection currently on display is Carnival art work which include pieces by Jackie Hinkson, Sundiata, Joy Luk Pat, Rebecca Foster, Shalini Seereeram, Abigail Hadeed, Martin Superville, Tessa Alexander and Peter Minshall, to name a few. We will also be adding carnival costumes and sculptures to the exhibit.

You are, thereby invited to browse and take photos/ video of the exhibition.

In addition, we have issued a call for submissions for the International Women’s Day Exhibition, which will run from Sunday March 8 to Friday March 27, 2020. The free exhibition is open to all citizens of Trinidad and Tobago. The call for submissions with the exhibition criteria is attached, and is also published on the Parliament’s website, www.ttparliament.org. The deadline for submissions for the International Women’s Day Exhibition is Friday February 28, 2020.
