CXC January Examinations Successfully Completed

The Ministry of Education has successfully facilitated the January 2021 sitting of the Caribbean Secondary Examination Certificate (CSEC) examinations. From January 18th to February 3rd 2021, nine thousand five hundred and five (9,505) candidates wrote exams at fifty-four (54) centres across Trinidad and Tobago. Candidates wrote examinations in twelve subject areas which are broken down as follows:

  • Human and Social Biology (1811)
  • Mathematics (6331)
  • Office Administration (960)
  • Physics (515)
  • Principles Of Accounts (779)
  • Principles Of Business (1844)

  • Spanish (401)

Centres were outfitted and equipped with adequate health and safety apparatus in keeping with the Ministry of Health’s Covid-19 Guidelines to ensure that all candidates were able to complete examination. For the duration of the assessments no incidents were reported.
