Adverse Weather Alert #1 - Yellow Level!
An adverse weather alert is in effect for Friday June 5, 2020 at 3:00 a.m. to Friday June 5, 2020 at 4:00 p.m. for Trinidad and Tobago, including marine areas particularly to the east.
The Met Office said the risk level is at yellow which means there is a moderate risk to public safety, livelihoods and property.
Yellow level also means conditions may cause some disruptions in a few places and there is some potential for minor injuries. However, most people will be able to go about their normal activities although some will be directly impacted.
According to the Met Office's chart for weather alerts, when an alert is at the yellow level, the public is required to monitor conditions and stayed tuned to officials sources for updates.
